Turntables are carefully made with extreme precision to pick up the finest details in a record. The stylus navigating the tiny variations in the vinyl’s grooves is a delicate process that is very sensitive to vibrations. The DELOS butcher block from IsoAcoustics decouples the turntable from the supporting surface and dramatically diminishes structural vibrations and resonances, resulting in greater clarity and detail.
Combining the mass of a thick butcher block with IsoAcoustics patented isolation, DELOS provides a low noise floor by eliminating the effects of structure-borne vibrations.
THE FLOATING ISLAND OF DELOS (GREEK MYTHOLOGY)
The Island of Delos is one of the most important mythological and historical sites in Greece. In Greek mythology the windy island of Delos was once uninhabitable as it floated aimlessly in the rough Aegean Sea until the Greek god Poseidon anchored the floating island in its place on four granite columns to provide a safe place for Leto to give birth to the twin gods Apollo and Artemis.
Requiring nothing more than being placed under your turntable, Delos uses IsoAcoustics' patented isolation technology with large mass to kill unwanted sonic artifacts that interfere with playback. You can also use it under components such as amplifiers, preamplifiers, and disc players.

The Delos 1815M1 is made of natural maple wood with unique properties. Light amber in colour, the 1815M1 (Maple) Delos platform is ultra-durable and has a Janko Hardness Score of 1450.
WALNUT WOOD
The Delos 2216W2 is made with walnut wood with unique properties. Dark-brown in color, the 2216W2 (Walnut) Delos platform features a bold and rich appearance, with natural swirls and visible grains in the wood. The Walnut stand has a Janko Hardness Score of 1100.
